Charge were around from 1977 to '83 and based out of London, England. What you have here is their EP "Destroy The Youth" My favorite work from them, which featured a new singer. Oh, and by the way his name was Moose. It's a good kicking of sneering youth with contemptuous lyrics. Their "Kings Cross" (1981) single was also quite good. Their album "Perfection" (released 1982) had some pretty good moments, but never quite had the same impact as the two aforementioned singles.
