Dark Day - Trapped

On this date in 1981, Dark Day released their first 12 inch EP, Trapped. The A side had the title track. The B side had "Exterminations 1-6" which were simply backwards tapes experiments. The A side appeared on their debut album, Exterminating Angel. The B side did not. The New York City no wave band included ex-DNA Robin Crutchfield and ex-Tuxedomoon Steve Brown. They disbanded in 1982 but Robin Crutchfield resurrected the band as a solo project in 1999.
