On this date in 1977, XTC made their vinyl debut with a four song EP called 3D. It contained "Science Friction", "She's So Square", "Dance band" and "Goodnight Sucker". The fourth song was not listed on the label and is an unlisted bonus track. None of the tracks appeared on a regular album though the first three were added as bonus tracks to their debut album, White Music, when it was re-released on CD. The Swindon, England post punk/new wave band called it quits in 2006 when Colin Moulding expressed a desire to call it quits. Andy Partridge didn't feel that it would be XTC without the both of them.
