On this date in 1980, The Professionals released their second single, "One Two Three". The B sides were "White Light, White Heat" and "(You're So Square) Baby I Don't Care". The A side appeared on their self-titled debut album. The B sides did not. All three tracks were added to their second album, I Didn't See It Coming, when it was re-released on CD. This album was actually released before their debut album was. The single reached the #43 spot on the U.K. singles list. The London post punk band was formed by ex-Sex Pistols Steve Jones and Paul Cook. They had originally been called The Greedies. They disbanded in 1982.
